21 & Over’ is scheduled to hit theaters next spring, and the film promises to be quite a wild ride. The trailer for this upcoming comedy features ‘Beat Goes On,’ a bona fide party track by Blink-182’s Travis Barker.

The song appears on Barker’s first solo album, ‘Give the Drummer Some,’ released in March 2011 via Interscope Records. The tattooed percussionist collaborated with a number of artists on the record, including Cypress Hill (who guest on ‘Beat Goes On’), Snoop Dogg, Lupe Fiasco, Kid Cudi and more. Thanks to the different musicians Barker worked with, the disc encompasses a wide variety of styles. It had a very successful debut, landing at no. 9 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart.

While Barker has dabbled in numerous side projects over the years, he’s still a devoted member of Blink-182. In fact, according to a recent statement, the band plans to unveil a new EP for the coming holiday season. They also reportedly intend to drop their next studio album by the end of 2013.
