Berocca, the brand-name mega vitamin drink, is always quite good for hangovers,” Biffy Clyro bassist James Johnston says when asked about his favorite hangover remedies. That piece of expert rock 'n' roll advice comes during the latest installment of ’5 Rounds With Biffy Clyro,’ a Q&A video series meant to introduce the Scottish trio and its new album, ’Opposites,’ to U.S. audiences. Diffuser.fm is proud to premiere this, the third episode in the series -- watch it above.

"And the Scottish national drink Irn Brew," adds frontman Simon Neil, offering his own cure-all for morning-after illness. "[The Brew] is a sugary wonderland of joy and hope."

Hope and joy aren't foreign concepts to Biffy Clyro, who were no doubt thrilled when ’Opposites' topped the U.K. charts upon its release there earlier this year. The album -- the trio's sixth overall -- hits shelves today (March 12) in the United States, and while the band will be busy touring for the foreseeable future, they talk in today's '5 Rounds' video about their favorite vacation destinations, among other things.

Biffy Clyro support ‘Opposites' with a European tour that kicks off March 20 in Newcastle, England, and then travel to North American for April arena trek supporting Muse. Check out their full itinerary here, and watch episode 2 in the '5 Rounds' series, which Diffuser.fm premiered yesterday, here.
