What's better than a new TV On the Radio music video? How about a TV On the Radio music video with Pee-Wee Herman poised as a speeding race car driver? That's exactly what you'll get when you peep the band's new official video for their song 'Happy Idiot' below.

Pee-Wee, a.k.a. Paul Reubens, portrays Racer Steven in the 'Funny or Die' video, racing around a track, mouthing the words to the new song -- all the while eyeing a girl (played by Karen Gillan) who's doing a bunch of random things on the side of the road. Oh, and the band appears in the background as well.

'Happy Idiot' is the first single off of TV On the Radio's upcoming LP, 'Seeds,' which is due out Nov. 18 via Harvest. It's the band's fifth studio album and their first since 2011's 'Nine Types Of Light' -- you can pre-order their latest endeavor here. And if a new album isn't enough, they are kicking off their latest tour in mid-October.
