Rumor Has It Adele Is Married

For celebrity couples who want to keep their privacy, it makes perfect sense to keep the press at bay by saying that no wedding arrangements have been made, and all the while the couple have flown off to some tropical island or worn disguises to a local justice of the peace. And it works great, until, of course, one of them is caught by the paparazzi wearing a wedding ring.

Adele is the latest to possibly have her secret blown. The Daily Mail is reporting that on the cover of the new issue of Life and Style magazine, a very pregnant Adele was photographed in a maternity outfit. A blow-up of her hand, which is also included on the cover, reveals a gold band. The word "Wedding!" appears in large print, suggesting that Adele has married fiance Simon Konecki.

Neither the singer nor her spokesperson have commented on the news, yet an unnamed source confirmed the news to Life and Style: "'Adele and Simon managed to keep the baby news a secret for so long that there are rumors they’ve already gotten married, too. She’s an old-fashioned girl and can’t wait to be part of a family unit. She just wants to focus on the baby and the man she loves."

Adele and Konecki are reportedly expecting their first child next month.
