We always knew the Afghan Whigs were huge R&B fans. We even knew that frontman Greg Dulli can play the soul man role if his heart's in it. Last night at the South by Southwest music festival, the Whigs shared the stage with one of R&B's young princes: Usher.

The Afghan Whigs' set at the Fader Fort included a 20-minute powwow with Usher. Together, they performed Usher's great 'Climax,' the Whigs' 'Somethin' Hot,' a cover of Sinkane's 'Runnin' (which actually included an appearance by Sinkane) and Usher's 'OMG.'

You can watch the entire performance in the above video. If you'd rather just see the four songs with Usher, fast forward to the 14-minute mark, when the Afghan Whigs launch into 'Climax.' Usher rushes in a couple minutes later.
