Ages and Ages Tackle Morality In ‘Divisionary (Do the Right Thing)’ Video

Ages and Ages’ forthcoming album, ‘Divisionary,’ doesn’t land for another couple of months, but the Portland septet has released a new video for its title track, ‘Divisionary (Do the Right Thing).’ The clip’s narrative reflects the moral themes laid out pretty explicitly in the song, which features the band’s signature vocal harmonies and the chanted line “Do the right thing.”

In the clip (see above), a group of kids terrorized by older bullies — who have taken an unfair monopoly on a red bike — plot their revenge. However, there’s one kid who seems a little hesitant about the retaliation and — dare we say — does “the right thing.”

‘Divisionary’ lands March 25 via Partisan Records.
