Albert Hammond Jr. just released his new disc, Momentary Masters, last week, and last night (Aug. 3), he visited The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and treated the audience to album single, “Losing Touch.” If you missed the episode, you can now catch Hammond’s performance in the video up above.

“Losing Touch” was the second cut to emerge from Momentary Masters, and in July, the Strokes guitarist unveiled a music video for the tune. That can be seen at this location.

Momentary Masters is Hammond’s third solo effort to date, following 2008’s ¿Cómo Te Llama? and 2006’s Yours to Keep. You can grab the newly-minted LP now on iTunes.

Hammond will launch a North American tour on Sept. 9 in Pittsburgh. From there, he has stops scheduled throughout he beginning of November, including appearances at D.C.’s inaugural Landmark Music Festival on Sept. 26 and Austin City Limits’ dual weekends in October. Check out a complete itinerary on his website.
