Albert Hammond Jr. Releases Trippy ‘Carnal Cruise’ Video

While we now know we can look forward to new Strokes material in the future, we have guitarist Albert Hammond Jr.’s ‘AHJ’ EP and the brand-new video for ‘Carnal Cruise’ to hold us over.

In the clip, a besuited Hammond goes strolling wide-eyed through the forest, where he's engulfed in mysterious bursts of colorful smoke. It gets even trippier as the singer contorts his face and suddenly multiplies -- AHJs everywhere! -- not to mention the rotating Ferris wheel of arms and the hands with eyes embedded on their palms.

Hammond’s five-track EP landed in October on Strokes frontman Julian Casablanca’s Cult Records label. You can catch him live on his U.S. tour, which kicks off on Nov. 3.
