The film adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s ‘The Great Gatsby’ – starring the award-winning cast of Casey Mulligan, Leonardo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire – is slated to hit theatres in May, and according to E! Online, Beyonce and Andre 3000 have teamed up to cover the late Amy Winehouse’s breakthrough hit ‘Back to Black’ for the movie’s soundtrack.

The soundtrack will be produced by rapper Jay-Z and released via Interscope Records. "It's a very different take on 'Back to Black,'" said a record company source. Beyonce and Andre have collaborated once before to record the catchy single ‘Party,’ which dropped back in 2011. Among other artists contributing to the upcoming flick’s soundtrack are Prince and Lady Gaga.

‘Back to Black’ is the title track from Winehouse’s second and final album and has been covered by the likes of Florence + the Machine, Lightspeed Champion, Ronnie Spector and Amanda Lear. It has also surfaced in such TV spots as ‘Glee’ and ‘X Factor.’
