Before signing with New West Records, Anthony D’Amato independently released his first two LPs: 2010’s Down Wires and 2012’s Paper Back Bones. Last year, he returned with his most striking set of folk-rock tunes yet on The Shipwreck From the Shore. Now, he’s announced a handful of U.S. tour dates in support of his latest full-length.

The New Jersey born-and-bred singer-songwriter will kick things off near his stomping grounds on May 28 at New York City’s City Winery. From there, he’ll make stops in Denton, Pa.; Fayetteville, Ark.; Exton, Pa.; Ashland, Va.; Charlotte, N.C.; and three stops in Tennessee. He’ll also make an appearance at Mumford and Sons’ Gentlemen of the Road Stopover in Seaside Heights, N.J., on June 5. Check out the complete itinerary below.

For The Shipwreck From the Shore, D’Amato enlisted the help of members from Bon Iver, Megafaun and Josh Ritter’s backing band. Included in the 10-song collection is the infectiously cheery single, “Good and Ready,” which finds D’Amato listing all of the things he would endure for love: “I don’t want to wake up if it ain’t next to you.” Check out the music video up above.

More recently, D’Amato dropped his Audiotree Live EP, which you can buy now on iTunes.
