Bat for Lashes Cover Rihanna’s ‘We Found Love’

Bat for Lashes recently recorded a cover of R&B superstar Rihanna's chart-topping, multi-platinum hit 'We Found Love' during an appearance on BBC Radio 1's Live Lounge sessions -- and to be honest, the downtrodden and moody version turned in by Natasha Khan seems to make more sense than Rihanna's take, when you listen closely to the lyrics.

We're not saying it's better than Rihanna's punch-drunk smash -- that's for you to decide -- just that maybe a line like "We found love in a hopeless place" goes over better when delivered over mopey drones and glockenspiel instead of crazy club beats. Take a listen and let us know.
