Big Day Out 2013 Lineup Announced

The lineup for Big Day Out 2013 has just been announced. The music festival will feature performances by the Red Hot Chili Peppers, the Killers, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Band of Horses, Vampire Weekend and many more.

Big Day Out (also known as BDO) takes place each year in Australia and New Zealand. The festival utilizes several stages to showcase bands that have gathered fame across the globe as well as local acts. This festival appearance will be Red Hot Chili Peppers’ first in Australia since 2000.

The lineup and tour dates displayed below apply to the Australian leg of the festival, starting in Sydney next January. New Zealand details have yet to be released. Tickets for Big Day Out go on sale on July 19; for more information, visit the event’s official website.
