Got an extra couple million sitting around? Green Day‘s frontman Billie Joe Armstrong is selling his California beach home for $1.9 million.

The recently prolific singer and guitarist — whose band will release the third album in their ambitious new trilogy next week — has been plagued with personal problems lately. He bought the property in 2006 for $1.7 million.

Armstrong might need the cash. He’s still in rehab following a guitar-smashing and obscenity-laced appearance at a radio festival in September. And Green Day canceled tour dates supporting their three new albums, ‘Uno!,’ ‘Dos!’ (neither of which has sold very well) and the upcoming ‘Tre!’

So if you’d like to own a place built on the earnings of ‘Dookie,’ call your real estate agent now.
