Smashing Pumpkins and Marilyn Manson wrapped up The End Times Tour in Nashville on Sunday (Aug. 9), and they went out with a bang -- and costumes.

During Manson’s set, the singer introduced his song, “Antichrist Superstar,” with an elaborate performance involving a pulpit and burning Bible. Halfway through the song, he was joined on stage by Billy Corgan outfitted in a nun costume. You can see the whole thing in the fan-shot video above; Corgan enters the scene at the 2:30 mark.

The pair concluded Manson’s song by transitioning into a very unique cover of Cyndi Lauper’s “Girls Just Want to Have Fun” -- except they, of course, substituted “girls” with “nuns” throughout. You can see that by skipping ahead to the 4:20 mark in the video above.

Recently, Corgan said he believes modern alternative rock is lacking in both guitar and energy.

“Listen to most alternative rock, you hear very little guitar,” he said during a Q&A forum earlier this month. “You hear a slight return to guitar in maybe the last year, but it’s more like a prop. You do not hear people playing guitar the way Kurt Cobain played guitar, the way I played, even a Stone Gossard [of Pearl Jam], you know what I mean? A very individuated style, that says this is our band, and this is the way we rock.”
