Chicago-based alt-country indie label Bloodshot Records is just as excited for this year’s SXSW as we are, with plans to “eat metric tons of great BBQ and tacos; drink gallons of IPA and whiskey; … and make new musical friends.” As such, they’ve announced a showcase show featuring some of their standout artists, including the Waco Brothers, JC Brooks & the Uptown Sound, Bobby Bare, Jr. and more.

The showcase will take place on Wednesday, March 18 at the Continental Club, kicking off with Scott H. Biram at 8PM. He’ll be followed by Luke Winslow-King at 9PM, the Banditos at 10PM, Bobby Bare, Jr. at 11PM, JC Brooks & the Uptown Sound at midnight and the Waco Brothers will close things out at 1AM.

Bloodshot will also host their 20th annual Yard Dog Party at the Yard Dog Gallery on Friday, March 20. There, King, Bare, the Banditos, Brooks and the Waco Brothers will again perform, this time joined by Rosie Flores and Water Liars. The show will run from noon to 6PM.

Flores will also perform at Holy Mountain on March 19 at 12:15AM and the Waco Brothers’ Jon Langford will return to the Continental Club stage on March 21.
