With Boston Calling's May outing coming up real soon, the New England music fest has released the lineup for its September edition. Lorde, the National and Neutral Milk Hotel are among the headliners.

The fest announced the lineup with a video highlighting the hipper and Boston's more spirited youth culture. You can watch it above.

Also included in the September festival, which runs Sept. 5-7, are Nas, the Roots, Sky Ferreira, the War on Drugs, Spoon, Childish Gambino and the Replacements.

The National's Aaron Dessner is the co-curator of the three-day festival. “Collaborating on the programming of Boston Calling has been such a great experience for me, and I feel we are getting better and better with each edition,” Dessner told Indie Minded. “This lineup is undoubtedly our most exciting one yet."

The September festival will take place at City Hall Plaza in Boston's downtown area. Tickets go on sale April 24 at 10AM EST at the Boston Calling website or Ticketmaster.

Meanwhile the fest's spring edition will take place from May 23-25 and will feature Death Cab for Cutie, Modest Mouse and the Decemberists as headliners.
