Fresh off last week's major Album of the Year Grammy win, Mumford and Sons snagged the coveted Best British Group trophy last night (Feb. 21) in London at the 2013 Brit Awards, the U.K.'s answer to the Grammys. Elsewhere, Lana Del Rey took home Best International Female honors and Adele won Best British Single for her James Bond theme song 'Skyfall.' The Black Keys (Best International Group), Coldplay (Best Live Act) and Frank Ocean (Best International Male) were among the other major winners at this year's Brit Awards; check out the complete list of winners below.

"[This is] definitely a long way from working fast food in New Orleans,” said Ocean during his acceptance speech, which was the only speech to include a thank-you to artist Damien Hirst for creating the polka-dot Brit Awards statuette.

Muse kicked the evening off backed by a 75-person orchestra for a pyro-heavy run-through of their tune 'Supremacy,' while Mumford and Sons were among the other acts to perform. British boy band One Direction made things interesting by playing their current single, which is a mash-up of Blondie's 'One Way or Another' and the Undertones' 'Teenage Kicks.' Weird, right?
