Camera Obscura, ‘Fifth in Line to the Throne’ [Listen]

Scottish indie-pop greats Camera Obscura have released another new tune from their forthcoming record ‘Desire Lines.’ Listen to ‘Fifth in Line to the Throne’ in the clip above.

"‘Fifth in Line to the Throne’ is a song about someone in a seemingly perfect relationship but there is a dark underside to it,” frontwoman Tracyanne Campbell explains in a statement. “We wanted to sound menacing and give folk the creeps. I believe Princess Beatrice is fifth in line by the way."

'Desire Lines' is due out on June 4 via 4AD Records, and fans who pre-order the album on iTunes will receive an instant download of the single 'Do It Again.'
