Frontman Royston Langdon lathers up and goes in for a shave as he sings the lyrics, but as he looks in the mirror and drags the razor over his face, methodically removing stubble, he doesn't quite make eye contact with the camera.

She & Him have premiered their video for ‘I Could’ve Been Your Girl’ on HelloGiggles.com, a lifestyle and entertainment site for women co-founded by frontwoman Zooey Deschanel. The clip isn’t a departure for the cutesy, ‘60s-inspired actress-turned-singer-songwriter, but it is her first credit as director. Deschanel dances her way through the clip, seemingly trying to win the attention of guitarist M. Ward. He, however, spends the video averting his eyes from all the vintage dresses and group dance numbers by cowering behind a newspaper.

Palma Violets, 'Best of Friends' – New Video

British indie rockers Palma Violets have released a video for ‘Best of Friends,’ the first track off their 2013 debut album, ‘180,’ and in it, the band is up to no good. The black-and-white clip follows the band’s members -- Alexander “Chilli” Jesson, Sam Fryer, Pete Mayhew and Will Doyle -- as they cause trouble in the streets and while performing for a crowd of unenthused bar patrons. Contrary to the song’s chorus, the band seems to be having difficulty making any friends, as they set off small explosions in trash cans, knock newspapers out of pedestrians’ hands and, at the end, break into an all-out fight at the aforementioned bar.

Queens of the Stone Age have shared the latest animated video for a new song from '…Like Clockwork,' out via Matador on June 4. This time, it's 'My God Is the Sun,' which will be the album's first single. The epic and artsy track features those signature Josh Homme riffs and dramatic, vibrato-y vocals. It makes you wonder how anyone could've ever considered QOTSA to be stoner rock.

Last week, Queens of the Stone Age unveiled a video for ‘I Appear Missing’ and now, the animated journey continues with a newly released clip for the tune ‘Kalopsia,’ a term referencing "a condition wherein things appear more beautiful than they are." The vid (watch above) is graphic and more than a little creepy, but it pairs well with the song’s haunting vocals.

Considering the refrain in the Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ ‘Mosquito’ is “Mosquito, mosquito, mosquito… he’ll suck your blood,” can we really be surprised at the outcome of their brand-new video for the title track off their 2013 album? The mildly gross clip is a close-up on a mosquito sucking blood from a boy’s hand. The kid can be seen in a thumbnail in the bottom-right corner, and he’s pretty nonplussed and most likely unaware of what this mosquito looks like — lucky him. As the video progresses, the mosquito grows until it turns downright psychedelic, transforming into rainbow colors. Spoiler alert: The boy squashes the trippy mosquito.
