Chromeo Bring the White-Hot Disco to ‘Letterman’

Subscribe to on

If there’s any band that could make ‘Late Show With David Letterman’ feel like the coolest disco on the planet, it’s Chromeo.

Dressed all in white, the Canadian electronic group took to the extremely lit-up stage last night and performed a groove-busting, bells-and-whistles version of ‘Jealous (I Ain’t With It)’ from their just-released fourth album ‘White Women.’

Even while clad in fancy, sparkly choral gowns, the group’s backup singers were fierce and sassy, singing “I ain’t with that” with playful conviction. You can watch the performance above.

Chromeo made the most of their New York stop by also playing the first of two nights at Terminal 5 last night. After playing more North American dates, the group will head to Europe for some shows, including gigs in Belgium, Paris and Berlin.

They’ll also be playing the Primavera Sound Festival in Barcelona, which takes place May 29-31.
