Coldplay in ‘Shaun of the Dead’ – Musician Movie Cameos

Zombies are huge business these days, thanks to 'The Walking Dead' and predictions of an imminent zombie apocalypse. But an appearance by Coldplay's Chris Martin and Jonny Buckland in the 2004 zombie comedy 'Shaun of the Dead' preceded the recent buzz by a few years.

Martin and Buckland play supporters of a fictional charity called ZombAid in the movie. Martin also appears on the soundtrack, sitting in with the Irish band Ash on a cover of the classic Buzzcocks jam 'Everybody's Happy Nowadays.'
