Conor Oberst stopped by 'The Late Show With David Letterman' last night to play the groovy, jazzed-up 'Hundreds of Ways' from his latest solo album. The performance came complete with trumpets, saxophones and backup singers.

Now that the singer-songwriter has put behind those allegations of rape, which turned out to be false but did no service to his career, he can get back to promoting his new album, 'Upside Down Mountain.'

The Letterman appearance follows the recent release of the heart-tugging music video for 'You Are Your Mother's Child,' a stripped-down number that takes a totally different musical approach than 'Hundreds of Ways.' You can watch it here:
