As Nebraska's favorite singer-songwriter prepares for the second leg of his tour in support of 'Upside Down Mountain,' Conor Oberst has announced details on an upcoming release for this year's Record Store Day Black Friday event.

On Nov. 28, fans will have the opportunity to pick up two previously unreleased tracks from Oberst: 'Standing On the Outside' and 'Sugar Street.' Both songs were recorded during the same sessions as 'Upside Down Mountain,' his sixth solo studio effort. Oberst has yet to reveal any additional details, including specifics on the pressing itself. Stay tuned for more as he (hopefully) shares further fine points on the release.

Oberst's fall tour starts on Sept. 14 in Salt Lake City and takes him through the final gig on Oct. 11 in Mexico City (including a stint at the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass festival in San Francisco). Most nights will feature indie folk hero Jonathan Wilson as support. Get information on the full schedule here.
