Watch Conor Oberst Zigzag Toward the Light on ‘The Tonight Show’

Conor Oberst, accompanied by Dawes, hit up 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon' last night to play a song from his just-released solo album.

Oberst's latest solo album, 'Upside Down Mountain,' finds the Bright Eyes frontman in a twangy, upbeat mood. 'Zigzagging Toward the Light,' which is almost Wilco-esque, certainly fits that dusty Americana tone of much of his solo work.

The singer-songwriter also sat down with Fallon for a web-exclusive interview. In My First Concert, Oberst recalls seeing his dad's wedding cover group, the Manville Band for the first time. You can watch that below.
