After several years of building up momentum – including the release of two EPs – Australian singer-songwriter Courtney Barnett has finally announced her debut album, ‘Sometimes I Sit and Think, and Sometimes I Just Sit.’ You can watch Barnett play a lethargic-looking clown in the video for the upcoming LP’s lead single, ‘Pedestrian at Best,’ above.

Before ‘Sometimes I Sit and Think’ arrives on March 24 via Mom + Pop, the Melbourne-based indie-rock artist has a string of tour dates scheduled. She’ll spend February in Australia before coming stateside for appearances at this year’s SXSW and Bonnaroo festivals.
