Her outspoken interviews are almost as famous as her songwriting with Hole, so it’s no surprise Courtney Love is releasing a memoir before year’s end. ‘Courtney Love: My Story’ hits stores in the U.K. on Dec. 15, and according to a description on Amazon, the book will take the reader on a journey from “her rocky relationship with her hippie parents and her days spent stripping to make ends meet to the truth behind her drug abuse and recovery.”

Besides her brief and tumultuous marriage to Kurt Cobain, the 400-page book will also cover her relationships with musicians Billy Corgan and Trent Reznor, as well as her engagement with actor Ed Norton.

Also expected from Love in the coming months: ‘Died Blonde,’ a new solo album to be preceded by a double-sided single that will come out at the same time as her book.
