Hailing from the U.K., CryBabyCry broke onto the music scene of Wakefield just a couple of years ago. Since then, the trio quickly caught our attention with their powerful music, capturing the very best of indie rock's broad spectrum of sounds. Today (April 28), Diffuser is thrilled to premiere the latest track from CryBabyCry, "Love Got Me Wrong" -- check it out in the audio player below.

The track hits you instantly with its crushing drums and fuzzy guitars and never lets up over the course of nearly four minutes.

"With the heavy pound of each drum, you feel the sheer heartbreak of 'Love Got Me Wrong,'" the band assuredly tells us. "It's a desperate release of love, loss, bitterness and confusion. This broken mental state clings to the jigsaw pieces of a shattered heart."

They go on, "The track is packed full of passion and intensity. As each section builds, so does the drama. It picks you up and gives you hope, then pulls you right back down to the depths. With weeping guitars, pounding drums and cries of love got me wrong, there's a story to be told and you're going to want to hear it!"

We couldn't agree more with CryBabyCry. If you dig "Love Got Me Wrong," make sure to prepare yourself for the release of their upcoming EP, Spin City. The disc takes the listeners on a journey of "desperation, loneliness, anger, heartache and love." You can stay up-to-date with everything happening in their world right here.
