According to a recent interview with the Sydney Morning Herald, it appears that Damon Albarn has no plans to slow down after his solo LP, 'Everday Robots' -- which was one of his first works where he stood front and center, no images or backdrops to hide behind. He both confirmed plans for a new album from his animated band, Gorillaz, and also did not deny a future for Blur, his iconic pop rock band that started it all for him.

Regarding a Blur reunion, Albarn said, "I would imagine there's some kind of future, but at the moment there's no time for the future -- only the present. Who knows? I'm reluctant to say anything, because if I do, it just gets taken out of context ..."

The new Gorillaz album is looking at a 2016 release date, which gives the talented singer-songwriter enough time to blow fans away with it. As many fans of his know, Albarn is also involved in theater, currently working on a West End Theatre musical based off of a popular children's book -- he's also planning on reuniting his supergroup the Good, the Bad & the Queen.

Like we said: no plans to slow down.
