Justin Bieber's manager went on a Twitter rant after the singer was snubbed by the Grammys and failed to receive a nomination for 2013. That news was fodder for Foo Fighters' frontman Dave Grohl when he appeared on the 'Chelsea Lately' program to lead some compelling news discussions.

"Was anyone really surprised," asked Grohl, a multiple Grammy recipient himself, when the topic of the snub heard 'round the world came up.

While the other panelists suggested that the Grammy snub would make him tough and hard, Grohl was able to look at things more objectively, suggesting that he knew the reason why Bieber was overlooked by the powers-that-be at the Grammys HQ.

"Honestly, he's dancing around so much, it's probably better his microphone isn't on because if it were, it'd just be like, 'UHHHUHHHH,'" Grohl said, while heaving to demonstrate what he meant.

Grohl did cop to actually digging the teen pop star, in a facetious, tongue-in-cheek way, of course. "I like him, too," Grohl said. "I think that if I were 18 or 19 years old and had $100 million, I would look exactly like that."

Something tells us there isn't a Dave Grohl-Justin Bieber duet in either of their futures. Just sayin'.
