David Bowie’s final tour recordings will be released on vinyl for the first time this summer.

Bowie’s last concerts took place in 2004 behind his 2003 full-length Reality. A two-night residency in Dublin was documented in the A Reality Tour film in 2004 and then released as a live album in 2010. Now, that album will be reissued on vinyl on June 3. The three-LP box set will feature 180-gram, translucent blue vinyl and two poster inserts depicting 12” x 12” and 12” x 24” live performance shots. You can find more details and place pre-orders at this location. Then, revisit Bowie’s performance of “Heroes” from A Reality Tour at the bottom of the page.

Bowie died at the beginning of the year at age 69 from liver cancer just two days after releasing his final album Blackstar. Three months earlier, concert promoter John Giddings indicated Bowie would likely never tour again.
