Last week, Death Cab for Cutie broke the news that they would be making their first concert appearance since the departure of guitarist Chris Walla, and true to their promise, they took the stage at the Crocodile in their hometown of Seattle last night, Jan. 20. What’s more, they played three new songs that will appear on their upcoming album, ‘Kintsugi,’ which will land March 31.

In addition to the concert announcement, the band also revealed that ‘Kintsugi’’s first single would be a song titled, ‘Black Sun,’ which was one of the three new cuts Death Cab played at their first show back. Check out the performance above (via Revolt TV).

You can also hear the other two new tracks – ‘The Ghost of Beverly Drive’ and ‘No Room in Frame’ – in the videos below. The band paired the new material alongside older cuts, including ‘I Will Possess Your Heart,’ ‘I Will Follow You Into the Dark,’ ‘Transatlanticism’ and more.
