For a band that broke up in 2014, Death Grips certainly don’t seem to be well acquainted with the idea of inactivity.

After dropping the instrumental Fashion Week at the beginning of the year followed by double album The Powers That B (N----s on the Moon landed in June of last year, then Jenny Death this past March), Death Grips have announced they have yet another album in the works. The band revealed the LP will be called Bottomless Pit and shared a 14-minute video featuring the late actress Karen Black.

In the video, Black -- who appeared in films like Easy Rider, Five Easy Pieces and The Great Gatsby -- reads a script written by Death Grips’ Zach Hill. It was filmed in February 2013, months before Black’s death that same year. Ahead of the actress' recitation, the video offers this description:

Iconic 70’s film star Karen Black passed away in August 2013. In February of that year, Karyn Rachtman introduced Ms. Black to Zach Hill. The two immediately hit it off. Zach had written a part for Karen for a film he was developing and gave her the pages for her scenes. Though she didn’t know how the scenes would fit into the final film, she readily agreed to read her character’s dialog on camera for Zach.

Right now, the only tour date Death Grips have on the books (and their gigs have been subject to semi-frequent cancelations and no-shows since their “reunion”) is an appearance at the Day for Night Festival in Houston on Dec. 20. Find ticket information right here.
