Death On Two Wheels, ‘Look at the Sound’ – Exclusive Premiere
Hailing from Atlanta, Death On Two Wheels spent the last two years recording and self-producing their sophomore self-titled album. As they celebrate their latest music (released via their own label, the Ghost Umbrella), Diffuser is excited -- and a little scared -- to debut the brand-new music video for 'Look at the Sound' above.
'Look at the Sound' is a whisky-soaked, gritty rock jam that surges with non-stop intensity -- so it only makes sense the music video matches (and exceeds) that same high-level energy.
"I came up with the idea a couple years back," frontman Trae Vedder tells us. "To see it actually come into fruition is really beyond words. It's everything I've ever wanted in a music video for us. Motorcycles. Rock and roll. Red, white and blue. This is our namesake as a band in video form, truly a dream come true."
As the band performs 'Look at the Sound' inside the 'Wall of Death' at Daytona Bike Week, motorcycles are zooming around, coming closer and closer to what we were sure would be .... well .... death. But the experience for the band was more exciting than terrifying.
Vedder explains, "Nothing was more rad than to see them ride two bikes at once, zig-zagging in a figure eight pattern while inside the 'Wall.' It was incredible. The shear volume alone, but then to feel the breeze from the motorcycles coming within inches of you time and time again; it was completely exhilarating, and something I will never forget."
Death On Two Wheels' latest LP is available here on digital, CD and 125-gram vinyl formats. Oh, and they're on the road. So, if you're ready to see Death On Two Wheels live, sans motorcycles, check out their October tour schedule (with Radio Birds) below, and get more info on the shows here.
