Between announcing a world tour and unleashing a music video, not to mention premiering new songs at South by Southwest, there’s been no shortage of excitement surrounding Depeche Mode’s new album, ‘Delta Machine.’ Although the record won’t be released until next Tuesday (March 26), you can stream it online now via iTunes. A follow-up to their 2009 disc ‘Sounds of the Universe,’ which achieved critical acclaim across the globe, their forthcoming studio effort is the veteran British synth-pop group's first release with Columbia Records. Band members Martin Gore and Dave Gahan have dropped hints about the record, saying that it has a “very organic and direct feel to it,” along with a “soulful vibe.”

When the new Mode album drops next week, a deluxe edition will also be available, including a 28-page hardcover book and four bonus tracks. The package also features remixes of the disc’s lead single, ‘Heaven,’ by such artists as Owlle, Matthew Dear, Blawan and Steps to Heaven.

The Mode's kicks off on May 7 in Tel Aviv, Israel and wraps up on Oct. 8 in Phoenix, Ariz. Check out their official website for the full itinerary.
