Depeche Mode recently announced their first-ever SXSW appearance, a moderated panel discussion set for March 13, and while they’re in Austin for the annual festival, the British synth-pop legends will also play a proper showcase. The just-announced performance — presented by Yahoo! — takes place at 10PM on March 15 at Brazos Hall.

The Mode are gearing up to unleash their next studio effort, ‘Delta Machine,’ on March 26 via Columbia Records. The record’s first single, ‘Heaven,’ premiered online back in January, and you can listen to it here. You can also watch a video for the tune, which features the band jamming inside of a vaulted cathedral.

Depeche Mode play SXSW alongside such acts as Feathers, the Neighborhood and Eric Prydz. The festival is hosting a ticket drawing today (March 8) at 12PM CST, available to all SXSW Platinum and Music badge holders. Click here for more details.
