Conor Oberst has apparently had a rough week and now fans of his punk outfit Desaparecidos are about to join him.

The band has canceled the remainder of their U.S. tour dates after their usually Bright-Eyed frontman fell ill while on tour in Jacksonville, Florida, and a statement released says he was "briefly hospitalized due to laryngitis, anxiety and exhaustion." The release continues: "In consultation with his doctors, the band has reluctantly agreed to cancel all scheduled live dates. Conor will be heading home to Omaha to recuperate. We wish him a speedy recovery."

In addition, Oberst has canceled a December solo performance at Ground Control Touring's 15th anniversary show in New York City.
