Diffuser Top 10 Video Countdown: Yellowcard Grab the Gold
As they geared up to grab the top spot in the Top 10 Video Countdown for a seventh straight week, Dirty Heads' 'Silence' came up against some stiff competition, namely, Yellowcard and their music video for 'One Bedroom.' It was a battle to the last minute, but Yellowcard did the unthinkable and unseated Dirty Heads from No. 1.
Thousands of votes were cast and Yellowcard slipped away with less than 200 more votes than Dirty Heads. 'Silence' is sitting firmly at No. 2 this week.
Rounding out the Top 5 are the Dollyrots (making a strong premiere this week), the Muffs and Ryan Adams. And getting back in the Top 10 are the Avett Brothers and the Pixies.
The only new video trying to crack the Top 10 this week is the Kooks' 'See Me Now.'
While many fans have requested for the Dirty Heads' 'Sound of Change' to be part of the Top 10, as long as 'Silence' is part of the countdown, we can't add it -- only one video per artist. That being said, if 'Silence' gets knocked out of the Top 10 or it celebrates 10 times at No. 1, we will bring in the new video.
