Hearing the words Ducktails may bring to mind a certain '90s-era action cartoon and associated names like Donald Duck, Uncle Scrooge and Huey, Dewey and Louie, but it's also the moniker of another real estate baron's side gig. Matt Mondanile, guitarist for the band Real Estate, started the project as a side gig, and now, he's joined by a cadre of players, including keyboardist Daniel Lopatin (Oneohtrix Point Never) and singers Jessa Farkas (Future Shuttle) and Ian Drennan (Big Troubles).

'Letter of Intent' is a smooth, easy-listening synth jam off their album 'The Flower Lane,' which dropped last month, and the accompanying video (watch via Rolling Stone) was shot during a recent visit to New York City on a very chilly day. "This video was filmed entirely in Central Park on the coldest day I've ever experienced," Mondanile tells Rolling Stone. "We stood outside all day from the morning to the night. I think I got sick after this."
