U2 said rumors that Eagles of Death Metal would join them during their concert in Paris on Sunday (Dec. 6) were untrue – but they didn't say anything about the show on Monday.

A little less than a month after terrorists killed 89 fans and their merch manager during a show at the Bataclan, Eagles of Death Metal made their first live appearance alongside U2 (who were also in Paris the day of the attacks) during the second show at the city's AccorHotels Arena.

According to reports, Eagles of Death Metal joined U2 for a cover of Patti Smith’s “People Have the Power” (which Smith herself sang with the band during Sunday's concert). The members of U2 then gave the spotlight to EODM, who played their own “I Love You All the Time."

Bon introduced them by saying, “They were robbed of their stage three weeks ago, so we would like to offer them ours tonight."

The concert was filmed by HBO and will be broadcast tonight at 9PM EST. Check out fan footage of the historic concert below.
