Dutch psych-rockers Birth of Joy are the kind of band that doesn't know the meaning of taking a break. Either that, or they simply don’t pay heed to the notion of rest and respite.

The trio -- comprised of singer-guitarist Kevin Stunnenberg, bassist-organist Gertjan Gutman and drummer Bob Hogenelst -- have turned out albums on a yearly basis ever since their 2010 debut Make Things Happen. And with the new year around the corner, they've already mapped out their upcoming fifth full-length Get Well, and Diffuser is proud to premiere the video for the lead single “You Got Me Howling.”

In the clip, the guys of Birth of Joy are overcome by the type of howling that results from a particularly frustrating day at a dead-end job. Check out the trippy, fast-paced clip (directed by Gutman and Tom Van Der Heiden) below.

With the Joris Wolff-produced Get Well on the horizon, Birth of Joy don’t have plans to slow down any time soon. They’re already “planning their very next moves, considering tours, the new album and other ways to be away from home next year as much as possible.” That includes a string of European dates the band already has on the books. They will no doubt add even more shows to their schedule in the near future; stay current at their website and Facebook.

Get Well is due out Feb. 26 via Long Branch Records/SPV and follows last year’s Prisoner and this year’s Live at Ubu. You can pre-order the album on CD or vinyl.
