Jack White will join Willie Nelson, Neil Young and many more on the bill for this year's Farm Aid, taking place Sept. 13 in Raleigh, N.C. Other performers include Dave Matthews Band, John Mellencamp, Delta Rae and Jamey Johnson.

The festival, which has taken place every year (except 1988 and 1991) since the first was held in 1985 to raise money for family farmers in the U.S., will be held at the Walnut Creek Amphitheatre.

Farm Aid president Nelson said in a statement that the purpose of Farm Aid is as relevant as ever.

“In North Carolina and across the Southeast, family farmers have struggled to stay on the land, but they have also pioneered new roads to economic sustainability," he said. "This region knows the value of its farmers and offers increasing opportunities for new farmers to build a strong regional food system. On the Farm Aid stage ... we’ll celebrate family farmers and the healthy communities they’re growing for all of us."

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. EST on Aug. 1.

Last year's festival, which took place at the Saratoga Springs Performing Arts Center in New York, featured the last major public appearance by the late Pete Seeger. Check it out in the video below.
