Alongside Artists Den and Fathom Events, Alt-J have announced a special one-night viewing event of an up close and personal show they performed for only 600 fans at the historic Hollywood American Legion in Los Angeles. The viewings will be held on Sept. 2 in movie theaters across the country. You can watch a preview of the event, which will also include exclusive interviews with the band, below.

The band's set covers everything from their 2012 debut An Awesome Wave to 2014's This Is All Yours, highlighting tracks like "Fitzpleasure," "Breezeblocks" and "Left Hand Free."

Speaking on the show's intimacy during one of the film's interviews, the band's singer/keyboardist Gus Unger-Hamilton says, "It's quite a historic room, a really beautiful room with a huge ceiling ... I don't think the size of the room normally affects the set list, but I think there's a different kind of rapport with the crowd. You can feel it's more personal."

Tickets are now available at your local box office or over at Fathom Events' website, where you can also find out where the event will be broadcast near you.
