Fiona Apple has announced the title of her fourth studio album, and the 'Fast As You Can' songstress is channeling 1999's 'When the Pawn...' with yet another wordy name. According to reports, Apple has dubbed her upcoming LP -- take a deep breath now -- 'The Idler Wheel Is Wiser Than the Driver of the Screw, and Whipping Cords Will Serve You More Than Ropes Will Ever Do.'

Just like with 'When the Pawn...,' which is an abridged version of the 8-verse poem that Apple wrote and used for the official title, fans will probably be referring to this one as 'The Idler Wheel...' when Epic Records releases the album, hopefully some time in late June 2012. 'The Idler Wheel...' will mark Apple's first record since 2005's 'Extraordinary Machine,' which charted at No. 7 on the Billboard 200.

In the meantime, while all of you Fiona fans eagerly await the new album's release, you can check out the 'Criminal' hitmaker at one of her scheduled live shows in March 2012. Apple will also be performing at the SXSW on March 15 and at Governors Ball in New York City on June 24. You can check out a full list of tour dates by clicking here.
