The unusual cover of 'The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face' by the Flaming Lips with Erykah Badu now has an appropriately unusual video featuring nudity, glitter and blood.

Coyne previewed the clip earlier this week with pics of what we thought were a nude Badu on the set. But the R&B star took to her Twitter to clarify that it's actually her sis in the video: "Those nude photos posted by Wayne (flaming lips) are of the beautiful Nayrok my lil sister and bestee. We do look alike. Video looks cosmic."

Directed by George Salisbury, the video uses ultra-slow-motion shots for added suspense. In the first scene, Nayrok sits nude in a tub full of water, which later turns to glitter, fake blood and a milky substance. She rubs the various materials all over her body. The Flaming Lips appear in the clip in abstract shots, like when Coyne twirls a long piece of silver foil in an empty green room.

'The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face' is a track on 'The Flaming Lips and Heady Fwends,' a collaborative album that also features Neon Indian, Coldplay, Bon Iver and Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros. Pitchfork reports the album will be available digitally on June 26.

Warning: The video is not safe for work (NSFW).
