Chilean-based psychedelic band Föllakzoid are getting ready to release their new album, simply titled 'III.' Judging from the first taste of the album, the new track 'Electric,' the band will be heading on a trippy adventure.

The song remains grounded, due to an insistent rhythm, while journeying skyward at the same time. Traces of the past via bands like Can and Savage Republic can be heard woven within the sounds here. Take it for a spin below.

According to a press release for the album, the band's style is "deeply rooted in something much more substantial, meaningful and culturally significant, with grooves that are heavily informed by the heritage of the ancient music of South America's Andes Mountains."

'III' is the follow up to 2013's 'II.' Following that album's release, the band (Diego Lorca, Juan Pablo Rodriguez and Domingo Garcia-Huidobro) hit the road making stops at such notable happenings as Primavera, ATP, Lollapalooza and SXSW.

The new album is comprised of four long tracks: 'Electric,' 'Earth,' 'Piure' and 'Feuerzeug,'and is due out March 31 on Sacred Bones Records,
