Frances Bean Cobain has filed for divorce from her husband, the Eeries frontman Isaiah Silva, just a few months shy of their two-year anniversary and she’s reportedly trying to prevent him from getting a piece of her father’s money.

TMZ reported the news and People obtained court documents confirming that the 23-year-old daughter of Courtney Love and the late Kurt Cobain cited irreconcilable differences after 21 months of marriage. Cobain states that Silva – whom she wed (without telling her mom) on June 29, 2014 – should not be entitled to any money from her father’s estate, which is valued at $450 million.

The filing also asks that all premarital assets including Cobain’s inheritance be awarded to her as separate property. She does, however, indicate in the documents that she’s open to paying Silva spousal support.

The pair have been in a relationship for the last five years, but have maintained a relatively low profile.
