Frank Ocean, the headband-wearing singer who had a very great year, says that his debut album, 'Channel Orange,' could be his last. He told the U.K. newspaper 'The Guardian' that he may not make another album.

"Storytelling's a different thing," he said. "It's the more interesting part about making music for me, or making albums and songs and stuff. So much so that I might not make another album. I might just write a novel next. I don't know!"

Ocean, a member of the hip-hop crew Odd Future, has had a pretty stellar and news-worthy year. Following the release of 'Channel Orange,' he admitted on Tumblr that he was involved in a same-sex relationship, even though he's been hesitant to label himself gay or even bisexual.

But the bigger news is how great 'Channel Orange' is. It's topping year-end best-of lists, including ours. It would be a shame if Ocean decided to not release another album.

When pressed in 'The Guardian' interview about his statement, Ocean said "it could be" his last record. Still, he admitted, "The idea of recognizing your strengths and using them in as versatile a way as you can is cool to me. I don't ever want to be caught up in a system of thinking I can do one thing ... But I do like to sing. I play piano every day. I enjoy that."

So don't file away your headband in mourning tribute just yet.
