Watch Franz Ferdinand Play a Seedy Hotel in New ‘Stand on the Horizon’ Video

Franz Ferdinand seem ordinary on the outside, but they prove that they’re far from it in their strange new video for ‘Stand on the Horizon.’ You can watch it above.

The song appears on the band’s latest album, 2013′s ‘Right Thoughts, Right Words, Right Actions’ — the Glasgow group’s fourth LP and first after a four-year break.

In the new video, the band plays in front of a bored audience in a seedy hotel before a bunch of older ladies get up, and get down, with some younger guys on the dance floor. At video’s end, the band joins the young men and the cougars for an arm-in-arm stroll on the beach.
