Listen to Fugazi’s ‘Merchandise’ From the Upcoming Release of ‘First Demo’

Fugazi originally handed out free cassette copies of their 'First Demo' at shows in the late '80s -- and now they've done the 21st century version of that with one of the songs on the upcoming reissue.

The band is streaming 'Merchandise' from the compilation of their earliest recordings due out Nov. 18 via Dischord (listen below). 'First Demo' features 11 songs from their 1988 recording session at Virginia's Inner Ear Studios -- 10 from the original demo and the bonus track, 'Turn Off Your Guns.'

The release coincides with the Fugazi Live Series -- an archival project documenting all of Fugazi's live shows.
