Gotye, ‘Save Me’ – New Video

Gotye has unveiled a new video for ‘Save Me,’ a tune from his breakthrough 2011 album, ‘Making Mirrors.’ The animated clip, which was “singlehandedly directed and animated by the fabulous Peter Lowey at Piepants Animation,” as the singer notes, has actually been finished for awhile – he premiered it during concerts in Los Angeles and San Francisco back in April — but only now is getting released. It features gorgeous animation that seems to mix old-fashioned, free-hand sketches with high-tech CGI and tells a pretty cool story along the way.
